TeleHealth consultations are available at All Saints Family Practice.
To help Stop the Spread of Coronavirus, as part of our work to support our patients and communities, you can book a TeleHealth consultation with our doctors if you meet one of the following criteria:.
Has attended an in-person consult at our clinic within the last 12 months.
Are living within an area currently under Stage 3 restrictions.
Are less than 12 months old.
When to use a TeleHealth consultation:
To obtain medical certificates
To get repeat prescriptions for medicines.
For any mental health consultations, counselling and similar services.
For any routine chronic disease check-ups.
For any consultation where the trade-off between patient attending in person and staying at home favours the latter.
If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath.
If you had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having Coronavirus.
If you have travelled internationally or domestically in the last 14 Days.
